Ordering Process
At Grapevine Apparel, we aim to keep things as simple as possible while maintaining the highest levels of quality and customer service. We've been at this a long time and realize most folks are not experts in the world of screen printing and embroidery - and don't particularly care to be! That's our job, and we strive to make the process quick, easy, and enjoyable. Though each job is different, no job should be difficult. Here's how the whole thing works:
Surf And Quote!
Kick back, relax, and browse through our user-friendly site until you settle on the shirt style that you’re looking for. The next step will then be to simply choose the right color on the garment you’ve selected. As a price saving tip, keep in mind that white shirts, followed by ash or heathers cost less than darker colored shirts. Once you have chosen the style and color of the item you’re looking for, you will then arrive at the quote page, where, based on your desired quantity, you can easily locate the price for either screenprinting or embroidery.
Make Contact!
At this point, whether you have already decided what you want, or just simply need to ask further questions, please feel free to contact us by either telephone, email, or fax to briefly discuss your order. We will ask you some basic questions about the project and try to fill you in on any questions you may have. Usually, it only takes a couple of minutes of chit-chat for everybody to get the answers they need to get the project moving.
Discuss Your Design!
Artwork is vital, of course, to each project, but it doesn’t have to be confusing or intimidating. More often than not, our clients will already have artwork in the form of a design or logo that has already been generated. If this is the case with your project, please email or fax it to us so that we can take a look at it and verify that its resolution is suitable for quality screenprinting or embroidery. If, however, the design you have is not quite up to snuff – or if you don’t currently have one at all – fear not! Just give us a call, send us a fax or shoot us an email describing in detail what you need and we can quickly and affordably create the design you’re looking for.
Place Your Order!
Once artwork has been received or generated and is deemed up to quality specifications, an invoice and art proof will be emailed or faxed directly to you. The invoice will clearly state all billable charges for the project and the art form will clearly show your design on a template and list all other relevant product information. Each form is to be signed and returned with full payment to Grapevine Apparel. Once the forms and payment are received, the job is placed in production, and we get to work!
