*About Pricing and free art, setup, and shipping.
*Sorry , our sarcasm should only take a minute, we have to include this because of the people who cant separate the difference between one stop shopping and the process of piecing there project together.
It's a pretty simple concept, when you buy the garment from us for Screen Printing and Embroidery you get back a garment that is finished with your logo and/or design, and shipped to your door. You don't have to worry about anything else! Maybe Californias share.
If you bring us your garments to have a logo or design put on you will be charged for every processes it takes to get the logo or design on to the garment. You pay for art, digitizing, screens, printing, and embroidery, just like a contract broker would pay. Although this pricing is also very reasonable.
About Pricing.
“How can I find your prices on-line?”
All of our pricing can be accessed easily on-line by following a few simple steps:
Ounce you find the item you would like submit a request for pricing or look up the pricing in the Pricing sheet provided above for Embroidery and Screen Printing.
"Can I mix and match sizes for the same price?"
No problem. You can mix and match sizes from Youth Small through Adult XL as you wish, and each item will be priced the same. For “plus” sizes (XXL and up), there is an additional charge, and can be looked up in the pricing guide.
“Does the color of the shirt impact the price?”
Yes. The simple rule to keep in mind is that white shirts and so-called neutral colors like “natural” are always less expensive than colored shirts. The typical difference between a neutral colored shirt and a colored shirt is around $1.00 to $1.50 per piece.
“Do the prices on your price charts really include EVERYTHING?”
Though it comes as quite a pleasant shock to many of our customers, the prices that we post on-line DO typically include everything. Unlike most of our competitors, we build all of our costs into one easy and affordable price. There are no additional screen charges, no set-up charges, and unless you’re in California, there is no applicable sales tax. The only additional fees that are sometimes incurred, are art charges that sometimes may be applied if “major graphics surgery” is deemed necessary to properly reproduce the required image. We Even pay for ground shipping.
“How do your prices compare with the competition?”
In virtually every case, Grapevine Apparel is considerably less expensive than our competitors. Because so many of our customers find us via the Internet, we have made it our policy to be particularly aggressive when it comes to pricing and that usually translates into the best deal for the educated consumer.
“Do you have a price guarantee, and if so, what is it?”
Yes, we do have a price guarantee and it’s pretty simple. We’re confident that our published price will be the lowest you’ll find anywhere, but if you do find a better price from a legitimate competitor, please fax it to us, and we’ll promise to beat it!
“What is a realistic turn-around time?”
In most cases, completed orders are shipped out in 5 to 10 buissness days or less after approval of artwork and payment. In some cases, this window is even shorter. The biggest factors in determining turnaround time are usually the complexity of the artwork, the number of colors/stitches, and the availability of the garment.
“I have a rush job, can you guys do it?”
In most cases, yes. However, if you have a need for something really quick, the best thing to do is contact us right away and discuss the details of the job with us directly. We cannot promise magic, but we can promise straight and honest answers, and a willingness to get the job done when others say no.
