Studio is staffed by professional graphics designers and screen printers have been teaching a comprehensive ONE DAY Screen Printing Workshop and Class for several years. Always refining our methods, and gaining the valuable knowledge of hands on day to day production on a wide variety of t-shirts, we have the experience to teach you how to Screen Print. Students often print retail quality garments in addition to custom class designs.

If you are beginning to screen print or just want to learn how it's done this is the best screen printing class for you! Learning how to screen print is a trial and error process, and you can avoid costly mistakes by learning how to do it from someone in the business that prints literally thousands of shirts monthly. No sterile classroom environment here, you will learn how to screen print in a full production facility.

All classes are conducted at our El Dorado Hills, California production facility. Our instructors bring years of experience in graphics design and screen printing methods to ensure your success.

Hands-on use of screen printing equipment is coupled with individualized instruction.

Our students get ongoing support well after the class. We offer students the opportunity to work with our production staff and get more real hands on training by renting the studio for there own projects.

More important, we offer objective advice on what equipment to look for and what to avoid.

Learn in a production environment using our M&R Sidewinder and Hopkin Presses.

This course includes the following hands on training and discussion:

Preparing images for print to film

4 color process and simulated color process(instruction only)

Choosing the right screen mesh

Use of Plastisol Inks

Pre-press screen preparation

Screen emulsions and coating technique

Washout procedure

Preparing the screens for press

Registering print job, setting press parameters

Correct and Incorrect printing methods

Curing procedure and teardown after printing

Screen reclaiming, ghost image removal, storage

Environmental and Safety Issues

Everyone will print sample T-shirts in the class!

8-10 hours of hands on class time.

Class will be held on a Saturday, as scheduled above.

Class size is limited to 5 students to allow for one on one training!

Cost $250.00 paid in advance. Groups of 2 get 40% off.
